By purchasing from Wildflower Hill Co., you agree to the following:

  • Subscription services require a minimum three-month commitment.

  • Recurring billing is processed automatically via the payment method on file.

  • Early cancellation may result in remaining balance due.

  • All subscription arrangements are Designer’s Choice and subject to seasonal availability.

  • Delivery access must be provided during scheduled delivery windows.

  • Vessels remain property of Wildflower Hill Co. unless otherwise stated.

  • Pricing is subject to applicable Virginia sales tax.

Wildflower Hill Co. reserves the right to update policies, pricing, and service terms as necessary.

Shipping & Returns 

Shipping & Local Delivery

Wildflower Hill Co. offers local delivery throughout Northern Virginia and the Washington, DC metro area.

Delivery is available on weekdays between 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM unless otherwise specified.

White-glove placement is included for all subscription services and eligible local orders.

We do not guarantee exact delivery times within the scheduled window. Clients are responsible for providing safe and accessible entry during delivery hours.

If access is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order will be considered fulfilled.

Nationwide Shipping (If Applicable)

Select items may be available for shipping within the United States.

Shipping timelines and carrier details will be provided at checkout.

Wildflower Hill Co. is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Non-Perishable Items

Vessels and retail goods may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery or receipt.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item was damaged upon arrival.

Refunds are processed once the item has been inspected and approved.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact the studio within 24 hours and provide photographs of the packaging and product.

Claims submitted beyond 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or credit.

Subscription Services

Subscription services are governed by the Subscription Terms & Conditions.

Early cancellation of a subscription during the minimum commitment period may result in remaining balance due.
